Back to Work

It’s been a long time since the last post….about 18 months.  Our Kickstarter campaign in the spring of 2016 was unsuccessful for a variety of reasons, and after a little time for reflection, it was back to work.  We completed the US and International patent applications over that summer (2016), including trademark protection for “Grip Racks”.  My regular job got busy in the fall of 2016, so I put Grip Racks on the back burner.

During the summer of 2017, an industrial design firm worked on completing the design of the Grips and an initial product line.  We finalized the design and operation of the Grips and began working on accessories.  As it turns out, the outdoor recreational accessories were taking a lot of time (and money) to develop, so we focused on the DIY accessories…Grips and Straps, and a Wide Load accessory for sheet goods (plywood, drywall, MDF, etc).  We will be asking for feedback from the community as we go – please feel free to let us know your thoughts on what would be useful for you.

We are currently working on producing the Grips+Straps and Wide Load for beta testing by interested parties – if interested, please send us an email at and explain a little about yourself and why you want to help with a beta test.

Stay up to date by subscribing through our website, and following us on FaceBook and Instagram.

PLEASE forward this to any one you think might be interested in what we are doing so we can grow our reach (which will help us launch).
